Q1: How many tickets are made available to FSU students?
The FSU student ticket allotment is 16,000 tickets. All student tickets are issued on a first come, first served basis starting at 5 pm the Sunday prior to the week of each home game.
Make sure you sign up for your student tickets early, only the first 16,000 will receive a ticket for each home game!
Q2: Who is eligible for a general admission student ticket?
Only currently enrolled FSU students who pay the full athletics fee in their fees and tuition for the fall semester are eligible for student tickets. Paying your fees does not guarantee you a ticket.
Q3:What if my points aren't updating?
1) Did you get a new FSU Card? If so, you need to go in and change your number in the member settings.
Once logged into their profile, in the settings (click on the gear looking thing), there will be a place to Disconnect Member ID. Once you disconnect it, then click on the PAC graphs and enter in your new ID number.
2) If you didn't get a new FSU Card, you need to contact the Ticket Office.
Q4: What if I am a student but I do not pay the full athletics fee?
Certain categories of students, such as students enrolled at the Panama City campus, Sarasota campus or though Distance Learning, do not pay the full athletics fee and therefore are not eligible for student tickets on a game-by-game basis through this process. However, students that fall into these categories have the option to purchase a discounted student season ticket if they would like to attend games. Please call the Seminole Ticket Office at 1-888-378-6653 to order.
Q5: What are the ticket options for students?
There are two options: game by game online registration (general admission) and discounted student season ticket (reserved seat located in the season ticket area).
Q6:How do I get a student ticket?
Students have access to the student ticket allotment for Football and Men's Basketball by signing into their account through the Student Tickets portal. Each year users will need to activate their account with the last twelve (12) digits of their Student ID and their PIN number. Your PIN number is your birth month and birth year, (ex. May 1991 would be 0591).
Q7: How will I receive my actual ticket to the game?
There are 3 options for ticket delivery, Print-At-Home, Mobile and Mobile Apple Passbook.
1.) Your Print-at-home ticket will be emailed directly to the email address you provide during your online registration. The ticket will be attached as a PDF document and can be printed out at your convenience on regular, white 8 1/2 x 11 paper. The ticket will contain your name and a barcode that will have to be scanned for entrance. You may print and/or copy the ticket an unlimited number of times; however, ONLY THE FIRST TICKET SCANNED AT THE STADIUM WILL BE ACCEPTED AND ALL OTHER COPIES WILL BE REJECTED.
2.) Your mobile ticket can be sent as a PDF attachment to your email address that you provided during your online registration that can be opened on your mobile device. The ticket will contain your name and a 2D barcode that will have to be scanned for entrance.
3.) Your Apple Passbook mobile ticket can be sent as a PDF attachment to your email address that you provided during your online registration that can be opened on your Apple device. The ticket will contain your name and a 2D barcode that will have to be scanned for entrance.
Q8: What do I need to enter Doak Campbell Stadium?
Eligible students will need to have their valid student ticket AND their current valid FSU Student ID that matches the name on the ticket. There will be a visual check at the gate to ensure the names match on the ticket and FSU ID. Students will not be admitted without BOTH their valid ticket and a matching FSU ID. No other form of photo ID will be accepted.
Q9: Can I transfer my ticket to another student?
No. Student tickets are non-transferrable.
Q10: What happens if I give someone my FSU ID?
Students can only use their own FSU ID to enter the game. Students who violate this or any other provision of the Student Spear It Rewards Point program will be referred to the Office of the Dean of Students and when necessary the FSU police department.
Q11: Where do I enter Doak Campbell Stadium?
Students can enter Doak Campbell Stadium through any of the gates, however any student issues will need to be resolved at the student ticket booth located at Dick Howser Stadium.
Q12: What time should I go to the game?
The gates at Doak Campbell Stadium open two (2) hours prior to kickoff. Since all student seats are general admission and the best seats will be filled first come, first served all students are encouraged to enter the game early so that everyone has a seat by kickoff.
Q13: How long does check-in last for at Spear It games?
Scanning will begin when the gates open for that particular event. Most events are 1 hour before the event starts. The check-in window ends usually an hour after the game/match begins.
Q14: Will I be able to sit with my friends?
All student seating at Doak Campbell Stadium is general admission, it is recommended that you and your friends arrive together to ensure you get seats together in your preferred seat location. The "saving" of seats for late arriving friends is not allowed.
Q15: Can I purchase guest tickets?
Yes, students can purchase up to two (2) guest tickets for most games. Guest tickets will not be available for purchase for the Miami game.
Q16: What Spear It Rewards Points are given to students based on seniority?
Seniority points will be given at the start of each academic year (start of each Fall semester) based on class standing through FSU credit hours completed.
A Freshman will receive 250 points.
A Sophomore will receive 500 points.
A Junior will receive 750 points.
A Senior or Graduate student will receive 1,000 points.
Q17: How are additional Spear It Rewards points earned?
You can join the Seminole Student Boosters and receive 500 points. Students can also earn points by connecting their social media accounts and for attending all selected home events. * Points will not be given for attending the Miami or Louisville football games. Q18: Do Spear It Rewards Points carry over from year to year?
Yes, 25% of your points will carry forward to the next year.

No, in order for students to receive Spear It Rewards points they must use their Student ID.
Q21: When are Spear It Rewards points used to distribute student tickets?
Spear It Rewards points will be used to determine your entries in the weighted lottery for high demand home games like Virginia Tech, Clemson and Florida.
Q22: How does the weighted lottery work?
A weighted lottery will be run for high demand games only if the student requests are greater than the student allotment using the number of entries that each student has been awarded. We will run the lottery after the request window has closed and notify everyone within 24 hours after the lottery has been run.

Q24: Why are students with high numbers of Spear It Rewards points not guaranteed a ticket?
No student is guaranteed a ticket to a game because all eligible, student activities fee paying students should have an opportunity to obtain a ticket to each game. For this reason, no one is guaranteed a ticket to any particular game based on Spear It Rewards points. However, the more points you have the better your chances are of receiving a ticket.
Q25: Why can't all students who want to attend games be allowed into the stadium?
Due to safety issues related to overcrowding, the number of tickets issued must be limited to the number of student seats available.
Q26: What if I misplace my Student ID? Will I still be able to get in?
You must have your Student ID in order to gain entrance into Football, Men's and Women's Basketball and Baseball games. You also need to have your ID swiped at all Spear It Rewards point events in order to receive credit for attending. If you misplace your Student ID, it is broken or unable to be read, you will need to get a new ID through the FSU Card Center. You must also complete the Change of FSU Student ID Form to make sure the ticket office has your new card information. No other photo ID will be accepted for admission, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Q27: How do I dispute a Spear It Rewards point discrepancy?
Students will have to check-in via the Spear It Rewards mobile app. You need to have your Bluetooth enabled and be in the venue to receive your points. There will not be a dispute option. Your activity feed online will determine whether or not you attended that game.
Q28: How are students with disabilities accommodated at Doak Campbell Stadium?
Students with disabilities can enter any gate at Doak Campbell Stadium, but are encouraged to enter through Gates L & M, an elevator is located inside Gate L which allows access to the second level concourse which has a disabled seating area. This seating is first come first serve. Doak Campbell Stadium is designed with accessible restrooms, concessions, water fountains and seating areas in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Q29: What if i can't check-in at a venue on the Spear It Rewards app?
Ask yourself a few questions first. 1) Are you at the venue? 2) Am I at the venue at the correct time? You can only check-in one hour prior to the event starting. 3) Are you logged in with your fsu email address? 4) If you answered yes to these questions, email support to get help.

Student tickets give the owner the right to view the event from their seat. Student ticket holders cannot enter the playing field, locker rooms or any other areas restricted to authorized personnel, and cannot interfere with others enjoyment of the event. Students are not allowed to throw anything onto the field or into the surrounding stands. Those who violate these terms will be ejected and could face further sanctions. Student ticket holders assume all risk of personal injury and loss or damage to personal property.
Q34: How may I submit comments, suggestions, concerns or questions regarding student ticket distribution?

Q35: If I purchase items or enter contests in the store, will I lose my points?
Yes, if you choose to purchase an item in the store or use your points to enter the contest, you will lose your points. *These are the points that determine your entries for a weighted lottery for athletic tickets. You have the opportunity to earn numerous points throughout the year to build your point total back up if you do choose to spend your points.
Q36: If I purchase items or enter contests in the store, where do I go to claim my prize?
You must go to the Seminole Sports Marketing Department located on the second floor of University Center D. You have 30 days to claim your prize. Once the 30 days have passed, the item will be re-stocked. You will still lose your points.
